A very nice and cosy room with balvony. Price/performance is high.

Perfect room for a great price.

Was looking for a quiet accommodation and still close to the activities that Anjuna had to offer. We had a wonderful rest, it was super quiet (we got too heat and visit by lots of different birds). Their staff Goum and rahul were extremely helpful and pleasant.

I stayed for four nights here during my month in Goa. I was looking for somewhere comfortable to stay after 10 days in an ashram. First the positives: the location is good, in a quieter part of Anjuna. But still the usual dogs barking through the night and music can be heard from the beach road. Some good restaurants to try in the immediate locality eg Gratitude, Ramesh, Mango Shade and German Bakery. And yoga at Gratitude and Goan Vibes hostel. Room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice sitting area outside.

The negatives: my shower didn’t work properly, no pressure to get hot water so didn’t wash my hair for four days. The three young male staff who lived on site seemed to do nothing except sit around and talk on their phones loudly. Guests were coming and going at all hours of the night loudly as well so I didn’t sleep well. And they rang me twice before checkout to annoy me about checking out which was just unnecessary. And the price I paid was completely not worth it. I would recommend finding something else in this location.

Room was quite bigger and clean

After checkin we had to ask them to take a luggage, they didn't provide water, no dental kit was given wen we asked them they said we nly hv to ask for it, drinking water they said he have stopped providing, brekfast menu was very limited,....no prior information was given by them regarding check in, check out, brekfast time, we nly hd asked for everything

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Pool table was a good addition. Swimming pool is small but was good to cool off in.

Only a few options for the breakfast that was included.
