Приватність, чистота, комфорт, якість обслуговування, чудова будівля, гарний ресторан. Чудова локація. В кімнаті було тепло при заселенні. Також є можливість зробити зачіску, манікюр, сауна.

Так случилось, что в январе до Оперы я был в 3х киевских отелях 5 звезд, Опера превосходит сильно всех. Очень приветливые и простые сотрудники, очень быстрый рум-сервис, никакого напряжения, в сравнении цены и качества номер выигрывает в том числе.
