гарний буфет, була зелень, свіжі овочі, гарячі страви та також можна було замовити все чого не було в буфеті. Обслуговування на вищому рівні, персонал просто супер! Дякую.

Service at the restaurant, clean, yum food, comfy bed, additional request of heater is solved positively. Hot water, high selling.

Not a big window, so it was not enough light in the room, even with the electricity inside. No milk for coffee in the room. Had to buy additionally a cup of milk for coffee.

Все бездоганно. Все дуже якісно. Особливо робота персоналу.

Very comfortable

It wasn’t clear how to organise or use the sauna. I visited the spa to find out and understood you had to rebook via the spa.

The hotel is located in the very center of the capital. It's a historic building. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

The bathroom is old and needs renovation. The shower curtain is old and leaking. Smoking is allowed in the hotel cafe. I haven't seen that in a hotel of this standard in a long time. If you want coffee, you'll smell like tobacco smoke. The coffee isn't tasty either; you can buy better coffee beans.
