The Red Cow Inn

This is a truly charming place with a great vibe.the stuff is friendly and the food is good (I personally recommend the burger).Great wifi.

The only, although quite big, downside of our stay is that there was not hot water and the heating was not working. The latter was resolved by the very helpful staff with a space heater- although the hot water needed professional intervention and we left before we could enjoy a hot bath.

We were staying by near family over Christmas so we chose based on location. The rooms were excellent - beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The pub was very friendly and looked to be well established in the village. We didn’t eat at the pub but menu seemed very good.

I've stayed several times before and would go back

The room had a damp/mouldy smell. The smell was very obvious. I've seen other reviews saying the same. Previously coffee was fresh from beans. Now from a coffee percolator.
