Los colchones que se notaban los muelles. Tuve que dormir en el sofá del salón. Las persianas rotas.

Couldn't watch TV as you have to pay extra for WiFi..

Clean and spacious

The balcony was unclean with cigarette stuffs and cold drink bottles. 2 air-coolers needed for two different rooms during summers. The temperature was 28-30 degrees. Provided only 1 air-cooler

The representative of the company that handled our stay was a top notch professional with very infectious smile sense of humour and great interpersonal skills.

Nothing, absolutely nothing

Spacious and reasonable value for a 2 bed/2 bath apartment. Location good - easy walking distance to town centre.

Failed to leave key in designated place making check-in stressful. Needs some TLC - several light bulbs need replacing, handle missing from shower door, small patch of mould in corner of bedroom. Overall cleaning needs more attention - dusty tables, crumbs not swept from dining area, kitchen cupboard doors and handles sticky, dried on food in microwave.

Easy access good location nicely furnished and equipped

Unfortunately, the hot water didn't work and the heating was sporadic. Had to seek the owners help and was given an altenative flat. Alas that was a few days into the stay. But the host did all he could to make it right and all ended well. Will certainly use again
