Clove Island Villas & Spa

Beautiful location right next to the ocean, very nice and cozy villa, cozy furnishing, comfortable large kingsize bed with a hard mattress (I slept like a baby), nice balcony with fantastic view onto the ocean, nice kitchen and sitting area with TV, nice pool, nice bathtub in the bathroom, very kind and helpful staff, good management (Nevena and Miroslav), very good food in the restaurant, room service, delicious breakfast! I will be back for sure! :)

Smart-TV didn't work properly, TV too small and too high on the wall, bathtub without any view (free standing bathtub in the sleeping room or even on the balcony would be great), not enough hot water to fill the tub at once - you have to use the half full tub and wait till more hot water is available to fill in the rest)...

Le calme est le point fort de Clove Island. Un havre de paix niché en pleine nature offrant une vue à couper le souffle. Endroit très peu fréquenté car au Sud de l’île. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et souriants. Le personnel est discret et aux petits soins pour nous satisfaire. Chambre spacieuse: possibilité de se faire à manger dans la chambre avec plaque de cuisson, couverts etc… mini bar, frigo avec bouteille d’eau mise chaque jour, bouilloire avec sachets de thé et dosettes café. Chambre lumineuse offrant une vue directe sur l’océan indien. L’eau est d’une couleur incroyable. Accès direct à la plage privée. La piscine est entretenue chaque jour avec masques pour snorkeling mis à disposition. Possibilité de se balader dans le village en vélo qui sont mis aussi à disposition. Petits déjeuners copieux à la carte servis à table avec des suggestions qui changent chaque jour. Cela évite le gaspillage alimentaire qu’il peut y avoir dans les buffets. Le restaurant propose des plats de qualité et bien présentés. Large choix d’excursions à des prix tout à fait raisonnables.

Peaceful place in a quiet corner of the island. Extremely nice and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast with a wide selection of items. Nice pool area. There are bikes you can ride for free which is a nice bonus. I would have given 10/10 if they had even a basic gym.

Kleinschalig, met persoonlijke touch. Vlak aan het strand. De managers en het personeel waren heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

A Dream Stay at Clove Island Villas & Spa – Pure Paradise in Zanzibar Our stay at Clove Island Villas & Spa was a dream from start to finish. The villa was spacious, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, with tasteful touches that perfectly reflect the charm and soul of Zanzibar. Every detail, from the natural textures to the soothing colors, created an atmosphere of comfort and elegance that immediately felt like home. The surroundings were simply breathtaking — a stunning pool with comfortable loungers, lush gardens, and the white sandy beach just steps away. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and ending the day with the white sandy beach by the water felt like living in a postcard. What truly made this experience unforgettable, though, was the wonderful team. Every member of staff greeted us with a genuine smile and made sure our every wish was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. A special mention to David, Mary, and Zawia, whose kindness, attention to detail, and friendly spirit added such a personal touch to our stay. Their care turned an already beautiful place into something truly special.

La vue était incroyable ainsi que les chambres! le personnel est très à l’écoute et très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
