Fresh, tasty, prompt. What we ask for.

It was located just a block from the quaint downtown district, with most restaurants, shops, and services within easy walking distance. The home was one of the first built in Golden, in 1870, so it is unique and full of antiques. The bed was very comfortable and the plumbing worked just fine. The indoors was well set up and cared for. There was a tv in each bedroom, although we did not turn them on. It was dark and quiet there for good sleep. The best thing overall was the caretakers’ personal attendance! Rebecca went above and beyond to make us at home, and was very responsive to our needs.

We liked most everything, but the clutter and untended garden in the private back yard was unwelcoming, where there was a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the outdoors. The processed foods present in the kitchen made us wary of eating the included breakfast.

Thin walls (hear outside conversation), uncomfortable bed, dated furniture, fixtures, bathroom, etc.

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding weekend and this bed and breakfast truly exceeded my expectations. The vintage accommodations were wonderfully preserved, offering a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that made our stay memorable. However, the real highlight of our visit was our host, Rebeca. Her warm hospitality and attentive service made us feel right at home. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious, full-service breakfast that was both generous and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, it was a delightful experience that combined charming accommodations with exceptional personal service. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway.

This property placed me back in time, during my stay, knowing its history before booking. I loved it. The antique furniture, the comfortable bedroom, meeting other visitors, also staying there. I was thrilled to find out how close Red Rocks Amphitheater was, my initial purpose of my 3-night stay. The homemade breakfast each morning, was excellent. The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Always willing to meet my needs.

I can’t think of anything I was unhappy with, about this property during my stay.
