Very spacious, and off-road parking available. Facilities are fantastic, ranging from a TV with a Firestick, Kettle, Microwave, Toiletries - the list goes on!

"Great room, great location."

Good communication and great location to both Bath and Bristol. Quiet area, spacious room and great facilities. Shower is fantastic and beds are comfortable, good choice of TV channels to watch. The room is well designed and had nice little touches.

Having to go back to my shower at home!

What a gem, lovely room and really helpful hosts. Great value for money. I would go back for certain and loved the tea and coffee facilities

"Convenient for Kingswood"

Fridge with bottle of filtered water, kettle, microwave etc. comfortable bed. Convenient location for me.

Frying/cooking smells after I had gone to bed. Dripping showerhead and leaking flexible hose. Crumpled bedding and worn out pillows (however I noticed some others on top of the wardrobe as I was leaving). Some noise from other occupants due to it being a room in the hosts own home.
