"I hate a thief"

Breakfast was good. We ate it while the employee stole my silver krugerrand

Someone managed to open the window of our room and steal my luggage. Then the manager came in and stole a silver krugerrand from my backpack

Was nice - considering it was a free service but it was just cereal - and no milk. But this was a service I was not expecting

The name is confusing - I thought I was booking Cape Town Heritage Hotel - this is Cape Town Heritage Hotel and Spa. The place was lovely - but was more of a bnb - needed to get a number from staff to be let in late at night. However it worked out perfectly as the staff was lovely and very accommodating
