Staff was good and clean.. location was perfect rooms and ac was working perfect really appreciate the hotel sea view team...I will come again to this hotel...

Breakfast was the only fine thing.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues with service, cleanliness, and maintenance. First, the staff demanded 8,500 at check-in, even though the actual amount on my booking was 8,136, which felt unfair and unprofessional. Upon arrival, I was given a room with two single beds despite having booked a double standard-size bed. Although I overlooked this mistake initially, the room itself was unbearable due to a strong and unpleasant tobacco smell. After requesting a change, they moved me to a second room, which was somewhat better but still far from acceptable. The blanket in the second room was visibly dirty (photo attached), and they did not provide towels as promised. When I asked, they gave only one towel for two people, and that towel was also unclean. When I inquired about the blanket and towel cleanliness, the staff told me the laundry person wasn’t available, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Additionally, the air conditioner remote wasn’t working. When I brought this up, they replaced the TV remote batteries with the air conditioner’s, which made it work temporarily, but when I asked for new batteries, they said none were available. The shower had very poor water pressure, making it difficult to use, and the flush system was not only dirty but completely dysfunctional. After complaining, they provided a bucket as a temporary solution, which is far from an adequate fix. Throughout my stay, I had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities and services that should have been provided automatically, which was frustrating and disappointing. Overall, the hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay
