"3 night stay at Playa del Carmen in Feb"

The room is very spacious. Bed is huge, bigger than a king size! Location is great. Super close to the bus station and the beach.

The bars nearby played very loud music until 12:30 am. Hot water is not consistent in the shower.

Only two towels and one soup for a 3 nights, 3 guests. No hot water. Bed sheets with stains.

When we arrived our room was not ready, but we could leave the bags and go to eat, the cleaning lady was excellent, great location, and nice room. We loved it.
