Great location. Easy check in.

Excellent location. Right by Avenida 5a. One block to beach and many restaurants. Liked having a nicely equipped kitchen. Hosts were very helpful. Close to ferry and ADO bus station.

A little hard to find. Entrance is between two stores.

Good location, good rooms, no warm water.

We didn’t have warm water until the 3rd day. From the start I told management that we didn’t have warm water. Management told us that they didn’t realize that their hot boiler didn’t have gas anymore.

Location was one-half block off 5th Avenue, 1 1/2 blocks from ocean, park and beach, and 1 block from bus station, so perfect for me. Studio was spacious with enjoyable balcony and cold refrigerator. I liked Paz-2 very much and will probably stay here again.

Being a senior citizen, I had a little difficulty with the stairs, but someone was always willing to help me with my luggage. The only thing I could have wished for was a pool.

The best location in Playa del Carmen.

the location is super convenient. you can get everything you need within 1-2 blocks: food, entertainment, grocery, ferry, shops.

late night loud noise from the streets disrupts sleep. one night a band blew horns and pounding bass until 2am. the other day a truck came and stopped with loud machines for 2 hours at 6am. online host was not responsive during the stay, however the door man downstairs were quite helpful.

Only one power point in kitchen for appliances. Minimal crockery. Only melamine plates, so can't go in microwave.

It says the rooms are soundproofed in the listing. They are most definitely not! I expected to hear some noise being so close to the main drag. However, my room, being on the second floor right above the shop, was very noisy. Noise leached in from the door, the balcony and from underneath the unit. Room #3.
