La ubicación. El anfitrión estuvo muy atento en todo momento.

El ascensor es muy pequeño. En las fotos parece un piso más nuevo. El piso podría estar un poco más equipado (cocina, baño...).

Puerta del baño es corrediza (poca privacidad) y le falta mejorar el desagüe de la ducha. (Cumple pero no drena bien).
