JOI really enjoyed my stay at the property. The location was excellent , very convenient and close to everything I needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Carlos, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The overall atmosphere felt great, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

ESLo único bueno y destacable es la ubicación, y la atención de la persona encargada tb fue profesional y correcta.
No me gustó nada de la vivienda fuera de la ubicación. Acceso al montacargas.. por qué no se puede llamar ascensor a eso. De uno en uno y las maletas a parte. En cuanto a la vivienda poco espacio. Baño muy deficiente, descuidado y poco higiénico, la puerta es una lámina de Pladur con un vinilo y corredera. Privacidad cero. La cocina sucia y descuidada, el sofá y sofá cama muy incómodos. Imposible dormir ahí. Lo publicitan como para 5 personas.. pero en realidad solo hay dos camas de 1,35 y un sofá cama que no se puede dormir ahí. En definitiva. De lujoso solo tiene el nombre. Entiendo que es un edificio antiguo y que obviamente limita a la hora de poder hacer reformas y demás. Pero no se puede engañar con fotos que no representan la realidad ni el estado actual de la vivienda. Por tanto no recomiendo para nada la propiedad y mucho menos si se va en familia.
ESLa ubicación es inmejorable, esta en el pleno centro. A muy poco de cualquier zona de interés del centro de Madrid

GBThe location is very convenient and safe to walk to, plenty of places to eat and supermarkets too. Carlos is exceptionally kind, he dealt with all our requests quickly and politely.
It can get a bit noisy until very late. Ok if you’re planning lots of late nights, if not bring some powerful ear plugs !
ESESLo que más nos gusto fue la ubicación, está entre la Puerta del Sol y Callao. Las dos camas muy cómodas y limpias.
La limpieza de los sofás y el sofá-cama es muy incómodo.
BEThe location was excellent — right in the city centre, on a lively shopping street, and within easy walking distance of the Prado, the Royal Palace and many other attractions. The apartment had everything we needed, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Carlos was exceptionally kind and helpful — he even came by in the evening to bring us an extra duvet that was missing and made the beds himself. That was incredibly thoughtful, and we really appreciated his warm welcome.
The flat is on the third floor, and the elevator is very small — it fits about two people without luggage. It didn’t bother us, but it might be good to know.
BEPerfecte locatie pal in het centrum van het bruisende Madrid. Vriendelijke gastheer (Pablo). Hij was altijd bereikbaar en behulpzaam.
