Dinner on the first night was good, although rather expensive. The room was nicely decorated.

At dinner on the second night, I had to send back the starter as it was inedible. From that point on, the staff did the absolute minimum, eg. the room was not serviced for the last 2 days. Breakfast had very limited options. The room was 'bijou' ie. very small!

The village was pretty and it was in a good location.

The small Continental breakfast was very small. Having to pay for a cooked breakfast.

Very soft mattress, not a good nights sleep. Then no hot water on first morning and had cold shower st 5am before starting a MacMillan Mighty Hike 26 miles from Cromer...so not a good start to the day, no reduction in price as water would be hot by 9am!!

Location was great. Staff were friendly , food was delicious.

We had a pump outside our room and it went on and off all night! They provided ear plugs in the room but unfortunately I cannot use them . We slept on though

Location is brilliant for nearby Holt and the coast alike Lovely garden for relaxing and great for the dog The staff are all very hospitable

Slight drain smell In the bathrooms & property maintenance ie decoration inside and out
