Room, staff and rate excellent apart from no door handle inside shower. Large comfortable bed and tasteful decoration. Good pint at bar.

Single glazed front room and gravel drive meant cars woke me up from 0500hrs. Food was ridiculously expensive and not best quality for what we got. Lamb rump was £29, bitty and not much of it, we had to pay another £4.50 for a few potatoes! Would happily stay there again if rear facing room were available.but we would eat in Holt.

Great location, friendly and efficient staff. It was nice to have a check out at 11 so we had time to do Park run at Sheringham , come back to have a shower and have breakfast before we left!

The rooms were beautiful with everything you could need. Gorgeous location and the coast and holt was easily accessible

Continental breakfast was very good. Evening meal a tad expensive, but overall good food, only downside was the Yorkshire Pudding with the Sunday Roast. YP's are meant to be crisp on the outside and light and fluffy inside. The 1 presented was a soggy excuse. But the beef was superb.

As above - Yorkshire Pud. Other small niggle was total lack of any drawer space in the room, too much impractical arty decor, and the small inconvenience of no-one knowing if the cold water in the room was tank or mains.

Pleasant staff, very comfortable bed, appreciated the fan for the quite warm room, loads of hot water and good shower. Included breakfast was decent. Quiet area and some pleasant walks.

Evening meals good but pricey and a bit fussy, and the wine was extremely expensive by bottle or glass.
