GBGBJojo was really helpful, very responsive. The location and size of apartment was great.
Some small issues - bedding very crushed, paintwork shabby.
GBThe apartment was clean the elevator was straight across from the apartments front door the bed was comfortable showers powerful full kitchen appliances avaliable to use if required the only downside is the allocated car park space not the biggest as there is a concrete pillar on oneside which is awkward to avoid if you have larger vehicle but jojo in contact regularly checking everything was OK he even phoned on leaving wishing us a safe journey home
Nothing with the apartment or jojo just the issue with the allocated parking space for the apartment but I am registered disabled which does have its own set of problems

Nothing, all was perfect!
GBWe had a fantastic stay. Everything went like clockwork. Great communication from Jojo. Amazing location, 8 minute walk to the Arndale Centre. There’s the most amazing restaurant, The Sparrows, literally across the road (bookings required), behind it is a great little place for coffee and amazing pastries in the morning, Half Dozen Other, and if like us, you need to move your car, there’s all day paid parking for £3.50 just behind them. Check in and check out was completely seamless. We would definitely stay again.
No coffee machine but there’s amazing coffee less than 100 yards away.
CAPicking up keys at property would be better.
