IEApartment was a lovely 2 bedroom with ensuite,that was ideal for us as 3 guests. The kitchen had all appliances that you need and living room space with tv. The apartment was really well kept and was an 8 minute walk to the Arendale shopping centre which is literally central to the city. Jo Jo our contact of the property was ever so helpfull and to be honest could not do enough for us to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We are regular visitors to the city throughout the year and we all agreed, this property will be our first choice from now on. Thank you again Jo Jo Regards Johnny
GBThe apartment was super inviting and spacious. JoJo was fantastic to deal with, when we had a problem with our fob JoJo was straight away in his car to meet us and sort it out without hesitation! Absolutely fantastic and cannot wait to stay again.

GBKey pickup was close to the address. Not overly clear what side of building was main pedestrian entrance in instructions given so we ended up accessing building via the car garage roller shutter which was fine if a bit unorthodox..
My biggest gripe was that the external window frame/seals didn't seem to work very well with some drafts and especially excessive noise from outside being very noticeable. This was a bit disruptive especially when trying to sleep as both I and some of the kids noted the next morning that we had been woken by the noise/disturbances.
GBIt was nice to have a whole flat to ourselves, loads of space and not under each others feet. Large well equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms. Excellent communication from the host, super friendly. Perfectly placed if you are going to the AO, just a five minute walk and you can access it from the carpark entrance without having to walk all the way around.

Directions a bit confusing and no info on how to set up or find bedding for sofa bed, trouble finding WiFi code. Host super helpful and responsive - but would have been easier to provide all info up front. Not enough pillows or bowls but host couldn’t have been more helpful in resolving things.
