LUX 2bed City Centre and AO Arena Free Parking Modern Apt

First I would like to say that JoJo is a really responsible and trustworthy host. The place is clean and full of joy, Netflix ,kitchens, bathrooms and fragrances are all worthy of praise.

The pillow in the guest bedroom is not supportive enough

The location was perfect..the city centre and the arena were within walking distance. The underground secure parking space was fantastic so no worries about car safety. The balcony was great too. Ample security in and out of building was great. Having a working lift was very beneficial as I have mobility issues. Also that the owner called when we arrived to ensure that all was OK with the apartment was a nice personal touch. Owner very friendly and accommodating. Also that towels are provided so no need to take own.

The only slight issue was finding somewhere to park so we could go and collect the keys to apartment and the parking. One small thing...could do with extra pillows! Or take your own. Also could do with a shower mat in en suite. Shower a bit slippy.

Jojo the host was amazing, the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We would definitely rebook.

The host was extremely helpful gave me good local information. He communicated with us very well from start to finish. The property was very clean and tidy and there where teas coffees cold drinks waiting for us 😉👍

A little bit bigger parking would be nice but it was ok.

Very stylish and comfortable apartment. We initially had a problem getting into the parking area, key fob not working. Host was with us within 10 minutes to let us in. Then showed us around the apartment. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend. Perfect location for the AO Arena.

Underground parking area a bit tight.

I took this apartment for a day when I went to Manchester and I completely fell in love with it. It's close to everything. It's a very large and spacious apartment with a very good stove. I stayed in the suite with a bathroom. There's another bedroom with a bathroom next door. I slept really well. The bed was good. JoJo's service was also very receptive. He always answered everything quickly. He was flexible with the schedule. I'll definitely be back. There's a Tesco 2 minutes walk from the apartment!

The only thing that bothers me a little is the issue of picking up the key elsewhere for those with luggage, it can be a problem, but it is also easy to find, it is only a six-minute walk away.

Flat was fine

Don't put yourself through the stress - getting access was horrendous. - I booked and agreed an earlier access time. Another agency then took over the booking and denied knowledge of earlier access. I did not get the code on the day - I had to phone a help desk - No answer - eventually called me back and said I would have the code at 3pm - at 3pm - access code was not unlocked on the app. Arrived at the property - nowhere to collect keys - eventually phone helpdesk gave a different address to collect the key (not in the instructions) - Meanwhile had nowhere to park. Could not find the address as it turned out to be inside a snooker hall on a busy roundabout. Then the code was incorrect and the bar staff could not give me the keys - I waited 2 hours in the snooker hall on hold on a phone to get a replacement code that worked on the third time. (Bar staff said it happens a lot) I got access 3 hours after the agreed time and I missed my son's birthday activity. Then when I left I was expected to drop the keys back to the snooker hall at 10am when it is closed. @Booking.com - It damages your brand to list properties that have inadequate, misleading, and untransparent access arrangements. Ruined our overnight trip. I asked for £80 off my £250 cost - they only gave me £30 - that did not even cover the event I missed.

Check in process, need clear information regarding which building in particular which parking location etc
