Took 45 minutes to get the keys from the snooker bar as the access code had mot been released. The apartment could do with some TLC. Dirty bin, nomplug in sink, broken taped shelf in fridge. No lamp shade in bedroom, burn marks on bedroom floor, cobwebs in light shade in lounge. It is extremely difficult to find the correct garage to park in. Once parked, it is hard to find the correct part of the building to be in. Noisy neighbours Didn't feel good value for money.
GBGreat location to walk into Manchester City centre. Booked this over others due to onsite parking. Photos reflected the apartment, nice open space. Comfy beds. Couple of issues raised when we arrived but the management company responded to my messages and the host rang to apologise which was appreciated. He also allowed us to keep the car parked during our day in Manchester which made up for the inconvenience.
Not being notified in advance that the oven wasn't working when I'd bought and brought ingredients to cook dinner on arrival.

GBGreat location 5 minutes from victoria train statand A O arena and nice apartment great place to stay if you not taking pets as dogs are now not allowed other than the steep charge extra for dog I would recommend as place to stay parking for 1 x car in building and secure cheap car park across from building second car £6 for 24 hours
On initial booking i filtered to allow dogs the description said pet Friendly and I put in the box 1× medium size dog when arrived through ring door bell fitted got a call to say about having dog and was informed pets now not allowed so had to pay an additional charge of £100 which I found a bit steep I understand if owner does not want pets however it did say pet friendly on description. Dog did not make mess or damage and we left apartment clean. Think full description needs to be updated to say pets no longer allowed

GBHost was really accommodating to our stay and welcoming upon arrival. Beds were really comfortable and clean as was the rest of the apartment. Let us know about oven having a slight issue (was being fixed asap) but offered to get us pizza or anything we wished to make up for it while we stayed. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Would recommend highly.

GBBeautiful 2 bedroom apartment conveniently situated, a 5 minute walk from Victoria train station. Our host was absolutely amazing! Greeting us on arrival, he went through everything we needed to know and even left us a complimentary bottle of prosecco. Such a nice, personal touch, thank you! The apartment itself was gorgeous. Immaculately clean and had everything we could possibly want/need. Towels were even supplied. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would 100% recommend it. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable 😁
