Appartamento molto bene arredato, piacevole. Bello spazio cucina, attrezzato con tutto. Posizione leggermente decentrata ma con mezzi pubblici a pochi minuti a piedi, zona tranquilla. Check in: ci ha accolto una persona che ci ha spiegato tutto il necessario della casa con gentilezza. Tra i piccoli omaggi di benvenuto, anche 4 bottigliette mignon di porto :-)

Solo al nostro arrivo (primo pomeriggio) è stato acceso il riscaldamento (split nelle camere e in sala; in bagno radiatore) e per tutto il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un po' freddo. Non fosse stato per questo, avrei dato una valutazione complessiva ottima

친절하고 응대가 빠른 호스트, 4인 가족이 묵기에 딱 좋은 크기의 방과 침구들, 전용 파티오, 동루이스 다리와 모루 정원에서 가까워서 관광객이 몰리는 시간대를 피해 수시로 전망을 감상하러 나가기 용이함.

Ubicación y que estaba muy bien equipado.

Simply fantastic. Cozy house in a perfect location to explore all of the Porto area. Easy access to the bridge to Porto and to public transit. Plenty of space in 2 bedrooms, a nice living room and a spacious kitchen. Excellent mattresses and high quality bed, bath and kitchen linens. These hosts have thought of every small thing to make it comfortable like throw blankets, power at bed side, etc. Kitchen even has a variety of baking dishes which is so rare in vacation rentals. Lots of kitchen counter space and a large kitchen table make meal prep easy. Nice terrace for good weather days. Good windows and three mini splits made it comfortable even though it was cold and rainy for much of our multi week stay. House was spotlessly clean. Adelino met us when we arrived and was so kind and helpful including giving great advice on the area. Simply a great stay.

Somehow we missed in the photos that the refrigerator is an under counter rather than a full size. It is fairly large for an under counter but those who want to cook should plan accordingly. Fortunately, supermarkets, produce vendors, etc are only a very short walk away.

Fantastic location and great place to stay.

Die Lage ganz nahe der Ponte Luiz und die gute Ausstattung. Genug Platz für 4 Leute, 2 Schlafzimmer plus Couch. Sauberes Bad und netter Innenhof.

Vereinzelte Verkehrgeräusche in der Nacht in den Zimmern zur kleinen Straße. Ist aber nicht schlimm.
