The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. The terrace is beautiful and the location is great.

Super clean, amazing location! Well stocked with everything we needed. The patio was the best part. Enjoyed lots of drinks and meals there. Adelino, who checked us in, gave us lots of tips about the area and Porto (including a map). Really nice to include welcome port!

First of all, the location is literally unbeatable if you want to explore Porto and Vila Nova De Gaia (and even the sea in Matosinhos, since the light metro station is 5 minutes away) and every single night, when you return home, you're gifted with one of the most scenic views in the world, which is about 200m away. The apartment is super nice and comfortable, furnished with great taste and looks very new. There is everything you need to prepare yourself to eat, which is super handy, especially for breakfast. A mid-sized supermarket (with everything) is literally around the corner of the street. The apartment has a lovely private patio one floor downstairs (issue only for disabled people, accessible through pretty steep stairs, but Porto, sadly, isn't the easiest city to walk around for natural reasons). Last but not least, this is clearly a fully regulated and compliant apartment, with all the safety equipment in place, including a full-size fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Everything was well above my expectations, but there is one other major point that I want to underline: the customer service from the property manager, Adelino. From before our arrival, to our meeting for the keys (perfectly on time), to the super warm welcome (with a small surprise that I won't spoil) and tour of the apartment and finally for communication during our stay. He has been a brilliant example of how you can mix top-tier professionalism with warm friendliness, in the tricky short-term rental sector. I was traveling with my senior mother who is new to this option and she was very impressed. This is why Portugal has become a leading tourist destination.
