GBI booked this room only to arrive in Birmingham with no check in info, I called to then be told they didn’t have my booking, I showed multiple screenshots of my booking booking from this app and after an hour of waiting around in the street they told me just to cancel it

Property stinks Customer service is awful Bed sheets didn’t smell fresh could smell perfume/aftershave as if they weren’t changed from night before very unhygienic I’d definitely recommend bringing our own blanked and sleeping on the small sofa Also had an issue with the WiFi which they never fixed said they was sending someone then ignored me
