Posizione perfetta, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro, proprietario molto ospitale, casa enorme con un magnifico giardino e una vista mozzafiato su vasto marina

Appartamento al piano terra molto curato e recentemente ristrutturato, con una vista spettacolare. Giardino in condivisione con l'altro appartamento molto godibile per un aperitivo vista mare.

Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua in quanto intorno alle ore 21:00 è venuta a mancare nonostante la presenza di 3 cisterne. Abbiamo contattato la proprietà affinché si potesse risolvere il disguido ma quel che ci è stato detto è che gli ospiti dell'appartamento interrato avrebbero usato tutta l'acqua per riempire la vasca da bagno. L'acqua è tornata solo alle 6:00 del mattino seguente. Per la cifra pagata è un problema che non dovrebbe assolutamente capitare. Presenza in un angolo del giardino di un tavolo di legno rotto con lunghi chiodi arrugginiti.

Keep away from this scam of a location. It's completely run down and not even close to the photos in the ad. There are no redeeming qualities this place has to offer. Both apartments are a complete scam.

On arrival the location is behind an other BnB, through their garden. There is no outdoor light, the garden is overgrown with broken ammeneties. Dangerous. No swimming pool in the roof, no hot tub, no ventilation, and absolutley disgusting. Black mold/fungus all over the place, the couch is full of black stains, dust everywhere, bugs on the floor, and no hot water. The kitchen is not equiped as described. No oven, no soaps, no towels, and in a run down state overall. Owner doesn't care and Booking.com had to step in to cancel the booking. We were lucky to get our money back. DO NOT BOOK!

the place was very spacious and clean with lots of amenities! the shower room was amazing!! probably our favorite part with how spacious it was with all the different shower heads and the jacuzzi tub! this was inspiration for what we want in our home! the place was beautiful and we loved the private garden terrace overlooking the beautiful views of the vasto beaches and coastline! we also had very lovely neighbors that were staying above us! the host met us to bring us to our location, since it wasn’t as easy for us to find immediately when we arrived but it was located very close to the plaza center and walking distance to most restaurants. we wish we could have extended our stay longer, but we will definitely be back!
