"Great place but loud early morning traffic noise."

I didn't have the breakfast. The staff was lovely as was the back garden. The bathroom was large and robes and slippers were provided which was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. There were horses in the pasture right across from me which was a treat. And the owner's dog is super cute.

It was very hot, about 30 degrees, when I was there and the room didn't have a fan, so that would have been nice. The B&B is on a road that's quite busy for morning commute traffic it seems. My room faced the street and the traffic noise started about 5 or 530 am. It was loud even with earplugs. I had to have the window open since it was so hot.

Lovely cooked breakfast with quality produce. Bedroom and en-suite was very clean. Everything we needed was there.

Breakfast fantastic. Location brilliant for accessing the tram was also good. As I had my car easy drive from motorway and to tram. Owner very chatty and helpful.
