Lovely old building. Spotlessly clean. Excellent delicious breakfast. Warm and very quiet. Lovely peaceful village.

My mattress was a little old and hard and dipped in the middle so not particularly comfy.

Friendly welcome. Comfortable beds. Open country views. Near to everywhere we wanted to visit. Dogs welcome.

Sometimes reversing the car out needed care as it is on a bend, but it is not a busy road.

The full English breakfast was spot on. Propper coffee and orange juice hit the spot. The long bed meant that my feet slept with me rather than hanging off the end. The outside seating area had me listening to the local birds while having a fag !!

The bathroom had a blind that kept privacy from passers by, would have been nice to have the same in the bedroom. Breakfast was missing a napkin.

The memory mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was good

The shower room lacked a shelf to put travel wash bag or toothbrush/paste. The quality of shower room is poor, cheap toilet seat which does not fit, cover panel of shower coming adrift. Hole in floor behind basin. Bedroom is cramped, terrible ceiling finish. Lacked a professional finish to decoration.
