location excellent. everything very clean.

flimsy blinds on windows, could use curtains or more substantial blinds as a lot of light at night. Sofa particularly uncomfortable, but we didn't stay in anyway!!

Location in Birmingham - ideal for Christmas market

Central location comes at a noise price. Furniture and apartment felt like it lacked a bit of love. Felt it could be cleaner despite the smell of bleach on arrival.

"Worst place I have stayed"

Please do not stay at this apartment. It is nothing like the photos in the advert. I stayed in flat 7 between 2/12/25 and 5/12/25, and I was disgusted and disappointed with the state of the place.  - The carpets had not been hoovered  - There were dirty bowls in the kitchen  - The washer/dryer did not dry clothes  - There were no shaver sockets in the bathroom, so I couldn't charge my electric toothbrush  - None of the clocks worked - There was only one teaspoon in the kitchen  - The bedding although clean, had marks on it  - And the following items were all broken and unusable:  The shower Head  One of the sofas  Both headboards The TV Blind in the first bedroom  - The flat has single glazed windows, and there is a night club outside (you will hear everything).

"Overall it was a pleasent place to stay and I would book again if I’m in Birmingham again."

Perfect location to the station and so many stores and places to eat.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we were provided less than a half roll of toilet paper. It didn’t last between two people and there were no extras that we could find.

The owner had great communication and responded quickly. The apartment is in an excellent location, right near all the shops. The only downside is that it’s close to the nightlife, so it can be noisy until around 3 a.m. Overall, it was clean and tidy.

Sofas could have been more comfortable
