"Great value and location but prepare to not get much sleep!"

The apartment was a great size in a brilliant location and very comfortable. The weather was hot, when we visited, so the property was very warm however fans were provided which made it more bearable. The stay was very good value.

The central location, whilst brilliant for getting around, meant that the apartment was incredible noisy especially on the Saturday night- huge amounts of car noise going on well into the early hours of the morning. I think we must have been incredibly unlucky as we also had two fire evacuations on the first night (one at midnight and one at 2:30 in the morning!). The fire brigade attended both times and said they are often called out to the building, which might explain why no other residents came out! Being visitors we didn’t want to risk remaining in the building. The communal areas were also incredibly smelly.

"Super comfortable, lovely apartment in a very central location - don’t forget your ear plugs for sleeping though!"

Super comfy beds, lovely open plan kitchen diner and great windows/balcony looking over New Street.

The noise on a Saturday night was the loudest city centre noises I’ve ever experienced. Super loud music was regularly played from passing cars along with deafening revving of car and bike engines. Don’t expect to be able to get to sleep before 2am unless you have really good ear plugs!

"Massively overpriced old apartment with great potential!"

View, location.

Dirty, uncomfortable beds, ants all over kitchen! Sofas are literally falling apart with springs sticking out (same as mattresses) Oh and be very careful of glass table top that isnt actually attached to a table base! Only positive aspect of my stay was the view and location. Whole apartment needs renovation and deep clean!
