Verdunklung, Vorhänge passen zum Teil nicht zur Fenstergröße, weiße Jalousien verdunkeln nicht ausreichend. Verwirrende Parkhausabrechnung, bitte Erklärung vorab in Begrüssungsmail; Türcode für Parkhaus wurde nicht mitgeteilt Wenig Privatsphäre wg der nebenliegenden Dachterrasse, quasi alle Zimmer einsehbar

View from the apartment is great , very spacious, quiet.

The property could do with better instruction manual, bed soft, towels poor, kitchen utensils need improving, espresso machine but no espresso cups, cups/mugs too big to use with machine.

The location was amazing. Closely situated to the centre of town. The apartment itself was very spacious.

They were one or two issues in my room which I did email them about. Namely the freezer on the fridge freezer was completely frosted up because it hadn’t been closed for several weeks. As a result, it would not close And the curtain in my room had come away from the rail so only part of it was hanging on. One of the bulbs in the in the front room went on and off all the time.

Excellent location - was central to everything we wanted to see. Very clean and well appointed.

Difficult to find and access at first but very helpful staff at the end of the phone helped us navigate.

Location is excellent for us as close to restaurants and shopping. The view is exceptional. On cold days the gas fire was just excellent. On any day the balcony is a fab place to relax.

Some of the pillows were smelly, they needed cleaning/replacing. the general level of cleaning and maintenance is not great. The windows were covered in marks hand prints etc. The second shower had hair in the water grate. Coat hooks in hallway were loose so you can't hang a coat. And it would be nice if there was a blind in the kitchen so you have privacy from the apartments opposite. If they got on top of these things it would be a 10/10 for us.
