not enough toilet paper and laundry detergent and we found one dirty glass among the clean ones x_x in the cabinet. also dirty sofa which actually could be clean easily. no decent place for shampoo and soap in the shower cabin.

The location was great, very close to the bridge over to the Arctic Cathedral & Cable Car. Modern & stylish apartment

Lack of facilities & comfort. 1. Non of the curtains fit the windows in the bedroom so it’s impossible to sleep past sunrise. There’s a mix of sheer linen & thin velvet but even then they don’t cover the windows. This should be an easy fix and consideration. 2. No mirrors anywhere in the apartment, not even in the bathroom. Only one small wall mirror in the living room so nowhere to apply make up, shave face etc. 3. The towels are tiny. Not big enough for a normal sized adult. 4. An iron was listed in the facilities section. This was only a miniature travel iron so doesn’t work very well & there’s no ironing board? 5. The windows were very dirty on the outside so can’t see if northern lights/stars are visible which we presumed should be a feature given how many windows there were. 6. The window shutters on the outside are very thin & flimsy meaning the wind rattles them against the apartment all night making it difficult to sleep.

For 4 days I would have appreciated to have more toilet paper

Loved the views from the 10th floor. It was clean, warm and quiet and a great location by the water with good access into town.

I think in this property is entirely sold by the view over Tromso Harbour which is spectacular. Unfortunately the apartment itself is tired, kitchen very poorly equipped - three mismatch drinking glasses- minimal storage and no bedside light in second bedroom. Not particularly clean with food stain on kitchen table and dust generally. No mention either that complex is still under construction. Can’t deny the wonderful view though !

In booking was mentioned a Mountain View, but nothing close to that

The location was excellent! First and foremost, the breathtaking view of the water and mountains was absolutely stunning. The apartments are within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore Tromsø. Additionally, there are several restaurants, bars, and a fantastic bakery just a stone’s throw away. A perfect place to stay for both convenience and incredible scenery!

First and foremost, the apartment was nothing like the advertisement. The spacious, cozy living room with a fireplace that was promised turned out to be more like a small waiting room at a dentist’s office—barely decorated, with plain gray walls and not even a single painting to add warmth. For four people, there was only a small couch, making it far from comfortable. While there was enough tableware, even the most basic essentials, like salt and pepper, were missing. Everything felt extremely minimal and sparse. The apartment was clean and tidy, but the living room was simply too small to accommodate four people comfortably.

The location was fantastic - - easy walk to town, easy walk over the bridge to the church and fjellheisen cable car. Despite many reviews to the contrary, our apartment (601, Seaview) was VERY well stocked with supplies. We did not cook in but there were plenty of pots/pans, utensils, dishes, and glassware. I posted some pictures just to show the supplies, since so many people spoke about not having enough - - of course this is only 1 apartment but we were happy with what they had. The apartment is very well built with great windows to block out the noise of the wind. The design of the apartment was well thought out and the furnishings are quite nice. Property is not at all worn out. The VIEWS are amazing! Apartment was exactly as pictured online. This is probably our first apartment rental (of many) that we both said....... we could easily live in this apartment and be completely happy and comfortable!

Not a neg but a suggestion - maybe be clear & say this is the address to give taxi driver for key retrieval. Instructions for washing machine.
