Tam Coc Sana Villa & Homestays

I had a fantastic stay at Sana Villa in Ninh Binh. Dan was an exceptional host—kind, helpful, easy to communicate with, and genuinely lovely to chat with. He provided great local recommendations and was incredibly helpful in arranging transport throughout my stay. The villa was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and a perfect base for exploring the area. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ninh Binh.

Ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo pero sin estar rodeada de ruido o mucho alboroto. Habitación muy amplia, al igual que el baño, cuenta con bañera. Piscina en un lateral del hotel, se agradece para rebajar un poco el calor de la zona, y un pequeño espacio reservado también para hacer ejercicio. Pero lo mejor de todo, el personal, muy amable, dispuesto a ayudarte en todo, te dan recomendaciones, se preocupan si necesitas algo…genial.

I was travelling from Ha Giang to Ninh Binh with no accommodation booked. I booked this hotel on my journey there from booking.com and asked if they would have any rooms available as I would be arriving at 2/3am. To my blessing they had a room available for me. They were so kind and welcoming in sending me a video on WhatsApp on how to access the accommodation and what room number I was staying at and also asked me what I would like for breakfast in the morning. I did stay here for a couple of nights and I felt nothing but peaceful, comforting and family oriented atmosphere! Each morning I was welcomed with a smile & lovely breakfast! All staff members were friendly, welcoming & peaceful! Honestly their care & support was like no other in really helping me out with recommendations of things to do around the town & helping me with information and services to get to my next destination. I believe the lady that was there is the wife and honestly she’s very welcoming, gentle always, smiling and laughing. Just the sort of atmosphere you need wherever you go. I asked for a mango smoothie one time (they didn’t have) but she provided me with ice in a bowl, cling film wrapped on top with sliced mangos above! Loved it!! The husband I believe is honestly a great man. Very caring, helpful and treats you in a way that makes you feel at home. If you wanted to sit down and have a deep meaningful conversation with him I believe you really could. He really shows you that he can also be your friend but also your brother. I think if you wanted to have a great time in Ninh Binh I believe this is the best place to start and you’ll have a great time while you’re there! Also laundry service was great and rooms were very, very comfortable & a relaxed feeling. Exactly what you need when traveling! Thank you guys for the stay.. I’ll never forget this!

There’s nothing you can’t like!

Quiet at night, peaceful atmosphere, and still close enough to Tam Coc center. Would definitely stay again.

The room was spacious, spotless, and surprisingly modern for the price. Loved the swimming pool after a long day visiting Trang An and Hang Mua. The staff were incredibly kind and helped us book transport and local tours very quickly.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect for exploring Ninh Binh, especially on the free bikes . The staff was helpful, and gave us fantastic local recommendations. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect base to explore the region

It was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely! Excellent services and atmosphere was delightful.

The pool area could be bigger, only 3 sunbeds even though we were a group of 10 people.

Dan has been a rock star in ensuring our needs e.g. early check in, private car pick up/ drop off, places of interest information, are well taken care of. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sana Villa in Tam Coc. Amy and Dan are such a lovely couple and truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality was exceptional. They prepared sandwiches for us at 6 AM before our boat tour, always answered our questions with genuine kindness, and even let us shower and get ready after check-out before our night bus. Every interaction felt personal and heartfelt. The room was amazing – spacious, spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The shared balcony was also a huge bonus and a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The service, the room, and the overall experience were all 10/10. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Sana Villa to anyone visiting Tam Coc.
