Fabolous location, a lot of things around (5-10 min max walking) and have ...everything around . Super other opportunities of visiting different places. Spacious room, good facilities ! I want to mention extremely owner and all staff hospitality, communication , willingness to help with everything ! Extremely appreciated and helpful !

What could be improved / suggestions: 1. Room was clean and very spacious, but had a smell which didn't go out all day even letting the windows open. In the bathroom that there is mold developing on the tiles. Can be easy removed and that will improve a lot. 2. A hairdryer, Iron machine could be a good touch. I know in Vietnam is always a "danger" since tourists may leave them turned on so ... but that requires to shut down automatically the power once you leave the room. Breakfast, I know is a villa and private stay, and really appreciate the effort. (even though me & my partner most of the time we do not take breakfast at all or we eat outside, quite disappointed !). This definitely could be improved !

The service was comprehensive. Our host was happy to book transport to our next stop and allow us to drop off the laundry. Having the bicycles available free of charge was also quite convenient

- Good location - Tam Coc boat can be reached by foot and all others main locations can be reached with bikes that are available with the hotel - Kindness of hosts with very good tips and flexibility - Size of the room

La habitación era muy grande,limpia y moderna. La ubicación era perfecta, lejos del ruido pero a tan solo 10 minutos caminando. El desayuno estaba muy bueno y el personal fue muy amable, hasta nos prepararon unos Banh Mi para desayunar el día que nos ibamos ya que era temprano.

Lo único que cambiaría sería la bañera por una ducha. Cuando nos duchabamos se mojaba todo el suelo aunque sabemos que es muy típico en Asia.

What a gorgeous stay in Ninh Binh. The hotel is stunning; the room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was gorgeous (and had a bath!). Dan & Amy are amazing hosts, they are very attentive and make sure you have everything you need. They are always on hand to recommend places to go and things to do. We used the free bicycles to cycle around the rice fields which was honestly such a big highlight for us.

Breakfast is not its strength. I suggest it from the offer due to lack of suitable place for its preparation and quality.

Love this place - such a wonderful stay! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Dan and his family always welcomed me with warmth and kindness - super lovely people. Dan helped with lots of questions and arranged e-bike hire, private transfers, trips with reliable drivers, and fast laundry. The breakfast is delicious - I tried as many different options as I could and enjoyed every one. The pool is lovely for a dip in the heat too. I’d definitely recommend staying here and hope to return one day!
