The Up Hotel Phu Quoc Island - The Poolside Escape

Location was nice, good breakfast

Room was small, bed was small, reasonably clean but not great, not as shown in photos on listing. We moved to a different hotel after first night and staff refused to refund remaining days of stay.

New and clean. Nice interior design. Friendly service. Nice street.

No drying racknin the room. Sharp and slippery pool inside the pool.

It was our second time in this hotel. Good value for price!

They did tell me they would do a complimentary Birthday decoration for me for my arrival since I came for my birthday but it didn’t happen. Other than that it was great.

Great pool, clean and comfortable room and really good breakfast.

Gym could have been bigger and more sun loungers around the pool.

Where to start ? Everything was perfect. The property is modern. Opened couple of months ago, they have good gig running. The location is unreal. The hotel also rents bikes for your adventures around the island. The breakfast has an amazing selection of dishes. We extended our trip. We were to stay one night we ended up spending 6 ! They were so accommodating. The staff is extremely friendly. And we want to give a very big thank you to Long our friend that never stopped smiling and being caring for us, it made our trip extra special. A special place that we will never forget !
