Good location for what I wanted

Lots of noise from other people in the house on the first night, through the night. My shower didn't work AT ALL. I contacted the hosts but it was not sorted and no refund (partial or any amount) was offered despite the fact that I was unable to use the shower I had paid extra for (the en suite room).

Situated on a very good bus route. Good local shops.

Difficult to access top floor bedroom due to my health.

Nice large room, plenty of space and storage Very clean and well maintained Good desk for working Smart TV

The shared bathroom was very basic. Shower poor pressure and no hand-wash The mini fridge in the room was useful but did suddenly turn on and get very loud in the middle of the night. Minor point - keys should be labelled with the door number of your room and also a strong enough keyring as there were two keys.

I liked the room, it was cosy & nice having an en suite.

I didn’t like the screaming, it did feel very noisy at times from the other rooms.

Everything was perfect

Very clean including fridge in room. Everything was in good condition. Bathroom clean.

Some noise from family upstairs, particularly in the mornings, but host would not have any control over this. Some confusion over keys. Perhaps key press outside and each set of keys should be clearly labelled with room letter to avoid repetition.
