There has clearly been thought given to everything, with the room including it's own fridge and kettle. It's a private room in a 5 bedroom house, with a lockable bedroom door and one shared bathroom and shared kitchen. This room is on the ground floor. There is a good bus route from the end of the road and the area felt safe.

The walls and floors are all very thin, not helped by hard flooring throughout, which meant it wasn't always the quietest house.

Close to where I had a family gathering

when I arrived after 3pm the accommodation hadn't been serviced . came back a little later and all was ok , not sure if extractor fan in shower room was working ?

Met our needs. Superb location for our purpose. Clean and comfortable.

Location Parking

-No fire escape for me on top floor, caused me a lot of anxiety - The shared fridge in the kitchen not hygienic, people come late drunk go to toilet don’t wash their hands an open the fridge touching my food.Should be a small fridge in every room -You can’t get clean towel I was told for two weeks , you have to write to the property management to ask for towel! -The non—stick coating on all cooking pots is scratched and coming , if one uses the pot , then you contaminated with PTFE. Should be quality stainless steel pots. -The kitchen floor is sinking in front of the gas cooker -there should because water filter in the kitchen for drinkable water

We hoped for a peaceful stay, which we very much needed. Unfortunately there was a party in the house and garden on the night of our stay and despite the house having CCTV the hosts insisted we should have policed the situation ourselves. We were too intimidated to do so. We asked to check out early the next day but the hosts refused to reimburse us for the nights that we did not stay. All very disappointing. We chose the house as it had advertised a quiet period at night. Beware of intoxicated groups of men. We checked out anyway.

The location is excellent, and I would highly recommend this place. The cleanliness is 10/10,

They only provide one toilet roll even if your stay is 10 days, and there is no hand wash in the bathroom, and rest everything is good, but the host should look into this as it is very inconvenient.

Second time staying here and was given a much smaller room than last time. Couldn't pull the blind as it was broken. Weird clicking noise coming from the fridge which made it difficult to sleep on the first night. One loo roll wasn't enough and no hand-wash in the bathroom. Poor bathroom facilities. Shower barely working. Was also given four keys in total which wasn't helpful. Bed itself was fine but not a huge amount of space in the room.
