4BR Dorchester Home - Near Marina Bay & Parks - Sun-Filled Summer Getaway 90-3

Very clean, very spacious, all necessary amenities provided, free parking, decent water pressure, super nice and super responsive proprietor.

Wasn't crazy about it being a third floor walk up but I knew about it going in. The mattresses are all on the stiff side, which I like but my kids weren't thrilled about. Aside from that everything was pretty great.

Tha gas has some problems.

The set up of all the rooms and beds was ideal. Place felt homey. Lots towels. Nice remodeling. Beds very comfortable, especially the king. Kitchen nicely stocked w utensils for long stay. I recommend it!!!

The whirring noise in the king bedroom bathroom. Would not quit. Had to keep door shut at night. Night light out in bedside table. Front door lock broken. Trash in front of property gives it a bad “look”.

We switched to a second house which was better than this location.

First of all, this is located on the 3rd floor. Took us forever to hull the 50 lbs luggage up 3 floors. When we got there, the house was 50F. The heater was broken. The owner asked us to wait for the handyman. 3 hours later, it wasn’t fixed. Tho owner had another house and we finally moved there at 9:30 pm. We were cold the whole time. The ad said it has 4 rooms. They only opened 2 which is not what we led to believe. While we were on our way to the second place, the owner called us back and insisted we go back to the first because he said the heater was fixed. We argued on the phone for a bit and he finally let us go to the new property which was quite far from the first. The second place was bigger and warmer but the mattresses were old and sinking horribly.
