Ample street parking

Completely overpriced dorm-style housing with locked individual rooms, not at all homey, advertised for way more people than it can realistically hold (ie there are only 6 chairs at the dining table, not enough mugs); showers only have a flimsy plastic curtain, kitchen has a ragtag assortment of utensils/pots/pans, only ONE stove burner worked, the rest you had to manually light. Entryway and stairway dingy and not clean. No real upkeep (bed had a ladder rungs loose, drawers don't slide easily, things just felt banged up and uncared for).

Everything was as expected, clean, well maintained. Parking was easy.

View off back balcony was of trash in the parking lot.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. Parking is available. Very comfortable for family.

There was no laundry detergent even though the host said there would be.

Very clean and spacious apartment. We were six (4 adults and 2 children), we had access to 2 rooms and slept very comfortably. It is close to everything (Fenway, public garden, the beach)!

We had heavy luggage so getting to the 3rd floor was a bit difficult! But it’s on us! ;-)

The apartment was great - very spacious, clean and comfortable! Check in was was easy and the host was very responsive.

The host was inflexible about refunding our booking despite a medical emergency. We ended up going with fewer people because she wasn’t willing to budge. Still a good trip but make sure you only book if you’re 100% sure about going because she won’t accommodate.

this clean and cozy space provided my large family with plenty of beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and an open lounge space for all of us to gather in comfortably! The host was kind and helpful throughout our stay and we really enjoyed our time here!
