"料理が美味しい"

イタリアンメインの料理が美味しかったです。ワインも飲み放題で良かったです。

部屋からの眺めは良くなかった。温泉は冬は別館まで歩くのは大変なので車で行きました。お湯の温度はぬるいかなと思いました。

支笏湖の環境は素晴らしいし、コンビニや俗悪な施設がないのがよい。 施設内がゆったりしていて、リラックスできた。

前台員工有禮款待，當晚我想前往看冰濤節，希望能盡快享用晩餐，前台員工細心提出並詢問我們會否介意當晚餐點都全部同時奉上，務求令我們可以前往欣賞冰雕。非常感謝酒店的配合及接待。 房間温馨舒適，廁所里也準備了沐浴劑，可以享受泡浴。 如自駕的直接泊在酒店門外，非常方便。

唯一我覺得不足是房間里都是較暗的黃燈，視覺上有點疲累。其他的都非常滿意。

思いがけず、紫陽花の花が満開で雨もしとしと降りホテルのイメージそのままでした 食事は朝だけでしたがこだわりのある美味しい食事で量より質な私達には満足でした 相反してますが、ジェラート食べ放題は量、質ともあり期待を大きく超えました

食事ところの大きな窓からの景色がもう少し良かったら完璧だと思います
