Very comfortable places Nice staff

Need to walk out for around four to five minutes for around 5 minutes for the onsen Though not possible to meet bears but still feel scary

"Kleines sympathisches japanisches Hotel an einem touristischen Ort"

Nettes sympathisches kleines Hotel. Im Partnerhotel keine 5 Min zu Fuss kann das Onsen benutzt werden. Abends sind alle Reataurants und Shops geschlossen, ein richtiger touristischer Ort. Besser im Booking mit Halbpension buchen ist etwas günstiger als vor Ort. Essen ist mit 7'700 eher teuer aber sehr fein. Frühstück ist ab 08.00 vorher nicht möglich.

Fände es gut wenn das Frühstück bereits ab 07.30 möglich wäre wenn man einen früheren Flug hat.

泡湯要到翠山亭（要走一小段路大概5分鐘） 房間外面比較多蟲子（但房間裡面是很乾淨）

"Nice spot and better than an Airport Hotel"

Nice room and "interesting" Dinner. Not really used to non Japanese guests

We booked the hotel as it is a 40 minute drive from the airport. However they could not give us breakfast at 7:30 am rather than 8:00 am.

"incredibly disappointing for the relatively high price"

room was advertised as having a lake view and balcony .. we were directed to an annexed building which had neither. Also one uncomfortable pillow, no shower gowns, no chairs and the fixed breakfast meal plate very poor .. one small sausage. a soft boiled egg and a bowl of salad .. book at your peril

free ice cream between 8.30pm to 10pm

"Een verrassend hotel op een verrassende plek"

Een klein hotel in een onverwachte onsen plaats. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardige staff. Een heerlijk ontbijt en diner met tot slot een ijsje uit hun huis-ijs-bar. Mooie kamer. Een wandelparadijs.
