"Peaceful stay"

Fantastic property Clean modern and great food Location good but little bit away from the centre

Nothing except would be useful to have English capabilities- staff and information We missed a great in-house dinner due to our inability to to understand what was being offered

"Stunning views in a lovely lodge setting."

The staff were very polite. The building itself has beautiful architecture and a spectacular view.

There aren't any hooks on the wall to hang towels and bathrobes. If you want to go to Sapporo by bus or Taxi, make sure to plan ahead well in advance as there is very limited transportation available.

"Beautiful setting, terrific staff, comfortable and welcoming"

The rooms were comfortable, modern and view of the lake was lovely. The breakfast was amazing, staff friendly and accommodating. Beautiful location and staying in winter was very quiet, but I loved it.

Only disappointment was having to walk to the nearby hotel for onsen, but it was a very nice facility, worth the short walk and no trouble at all.

Location is a bit far from center staff is not helpful and not willing to help.

Room and the breakfast.

We missed the free ice cream. As the staff mentioned its 24 hrs available. Upon changing the staff in the morning the free ice cream no more!
