Dinner was very good and unique. The room was very nice with big shower and bath area. Plenty amenities supplied. Nice onsen (public bath) in a near-by facility

Communication was not easy but eventually ok. Apparently, breakfast is served only from 8:00 (wasn't mentioned in the booking), and since we needed to catch a flight, we couldn't attend. Alternative breakfast was offered at 7 am in a different hotel but with additional payment. why?

The gelato service is a great surprise

The Google Map direction from the lake to the property by walking is incorrect. It directed me to the back of the property where a local resident told me the right way--apparently many people had been misled before.

The room is clean. The skincare products in bathroom for guest to use are really nice products with variety from cleansing, tonic, milk facial lotion, body lotion & hair lotion which I haven’t never seen at other hotels, even at 5 stars hotels. Breakfast & Italian dinner course were awesomely delicious.

Our room a basement level with view of a walking path. It’s not convenient to carry down 2 heavy suitcases down to the room.
