The sent me a link via booking.com messaging to pay when I had already paid via booking.com. It was clearly a scam so I raised the issue with booking.com and with the property, booking.com responded and advise to not click on the link but the property did not bother to respond. When I checked in, the garbage smell coming from under the sink was horrendous. I bought air freshner and took the bin on the balcony but the smell did not subside my entire stay. I contacted the property who were beyond unhelpful and all they did was leave an air freshner hanging on my door knob two days later. The studio is tiny and in very bad condition, the floor is broken, the carpets are disgustingly dirty, the whole place looks not only run down, but also extremely dirty. The fridge was making weird noises from time to time which was annoying as I could not sleep well. The air con is not strong enough and the studio is always like a sauna. There are no mosquito nets which means you can’t open windows for fresh air which anyway would not be fresh as the studio is on the 1st floor right aboce the car park. The water pressure at the bathroom sink and shower is super poor and the shower works either super hot or cold, no in-between. No choice of warm water at the sink, just cold. Same at the kitchen. The culmination of this abominable stay in this manky studio was after on my last evening I saw a bed bug walking on my bed. I had lots of bites on my body at that point, really a lot and very itchy but I thought they were from mosquitoes. Well no, they are from bed bugs and some of them got infected from scratching. At 10.30pm on my last night I packed my bags and checked into Outrigger Surin and left the bed bugs infested studio behind me. I took photos of the bed bug I killed and also brown and blood stains on the sheets which are proof of bed bugs.

Старый номер, пошаркано практически все (около 7-8 лет в целом самому зданию) Периодически шумит холодильник и конционер(который в жару дует максимум 22 градуса ) Сломана левая дверь балкона-закрыть невозможно на замок С 10.30-14.00 каждый день жутко пахнет из канализации (причина не ясна, проветрил и забыл) НО. Если сравнивать цена /качество- то пару тройку дней пожить за 1200 Батт в сутки- можно

Great location

Facilities are pretty much old, and the room is very small, it wasn’t a problem for me alone, if you’re two people it might be. Unfortunately the manager wasn’t available and ignored me and my questions during my stay. Cleaning is not included, available on request but as I said no one replied in chat. The shower system is also working weird, you cannot set the temperature of the water it’s changing from very hot to cold itself.
