majoituspaikan omistajaan ei saanut yhteyttä kun oikeasti sitä tarvitsi + ei ollut lämmintä vettä jostai ei mainittu etukäteen ja kun siitä laitettiin viestiä niin viesti vain ignoorattiin. siivous oli lisämaksusta minkä takia jouduimme olemaan kokonaisen viikon samoilla suihkupyyhkeillä ja vessapaperia piti myös säästellä.

I really liked this apartment. Honestly, when I read the reviews, I was really scared that everything would be bad. But in reality, my stay was almost perfect. The apartment is clean, the furniture is intact, and the WiFi works perfectly. Towels and toiletries are provided. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, which is great, but it's dirty atm because the park there is being landscaped. A 7/11 and Tops Daily are nearby, a 5-minute walk away. The pool is nice, with good sun loungers with mattresses. I've lived in this area before, so I felt comfortable here.

The air conditioner is tired and needs to be replaced and the pillows were uncomfortable and too high.

There was no smart TV in the house, there was no internet, the cleaning fees were expensive, there was a washing machine in the other rooms, but there was no washing machine in my room, everything was terrible I stayed at home for 1 month and I was very bored, there was no smart TV at home, there was no YouTube

Die Ausstatten war top. Kontakt zum Service Crew war super. Sehr schnelle Rückmeldung. Klimaanlage war defekt. Nachdem ich es gemeldet hatte, war direkt am nächsten Tag, der Techniker da. Ebenfalls wurde nach der Reparatur mein Zimmer, auf Grund des Wasserschadens, durch die Klimaanlage, gereinigt. Mir wurde auch, auf Grund des Wasserschadens, am Vortag, direkt ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Dies habe ich jedoch nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Das während des ganzen Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt wurde. Das hätte ich extra bezahlen müssen, ebenfalls für frische Handtücher.

The gym and the pool. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The food at Avenue club on the 8th floor was on point and good value. Easy access to both Surin and Bangtao beach which is only 10 mins walk.

No real receptionist as all communication was online. It’s not very helpful at times.
