Location and pool facilities

Multiple emails, messages and phone calls and no answer or response! The safe box was closed from previous guests, the TV did not work and no response regarding checkout

Swimming pool was lovely and the gym was too, the room was really nice and spacious and luxurious.

When we arrived, the property was not clean at all, it still had the damp towels from the previous guests and we were not happy at all. The actual property is stunning but if i were to go again i would book directly through 6th Avenue as the third party we booked with had terrible communication and we were told if any problems arose the reception staff simply cannot help us. We were told check in was at 3pm and we arrived at 4pm and the room had not been touched. Communication between the third party organisation and customers must improve.

AC not working, no WIFI, just empty promises to fix it and no room service unless you paid extra

Very nice, clean and good located apartment at Surin Beach.

Some facilities could be upgraded like additional towel in the kitchen and baby cot. But just small things.

A bit inconvenient to only have one key card for the room as we are a couple with a 3 year old so if one of us had to leave it was sometimes a hassle to get back into the lift foyer. Not a big problem but inconvenient asI stated.
