"Modern apartment in La Spezia."

The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was clean and modern. It was close to restaurants and shops. The lift was very useful after a long day of walking.

The kitchen had no cooktop or oven which was a little disappointing.

"Would most definitely recommend this apartment, particularly if staying for a few days."

The location was ideal, particularly for transport options such as the bus and ferry. The train station was also within walking distance, as was the town, cafes and restaurants. The view was sensational. La Spezia is a great base for exploring the Cinque Terra. The apartment is also very secure and spacious. It was great to have the use of a washing machine as we had been travelling for a few weeks. The apartment was homily and had lots of amenities as well as laundry powder etc.

It can be a little noisy as it's in the CBD but that is to be expected. We weren't sure if the apartment was serviced, where to take rubbish, or if toilet paper etc, would be replaced, so a little more information would be great as we were there for five nights. For the entire stay there were no face-to-face interactions however the agent was happy to be contacted throughout the stay.

"Pleasant stay - would stay again"

The view and location was exception. The apartment was clean and efficient. The smell from the bathroom was unpleasant but I'm not sure that was the apartment or the city overall. It smelled of sewage. We were, however, pleased overall. I

"Fresh air, light, airy and very clean!"

Location by the sea. Wonderful fresh sea air. Very very clean and felt very spacious. Go visit the Naval Museum. Its really interesting! And make sure you get a good restaurant reservation.

"Comfortabke stay"

The property was very clean and bright. There was a lift to the floor which is on the 5th floor. Air conditioning in each room. Great views of the gardens and marina.

The shower had no shelf so there is nowhere to put you shower gel etc. A small point that would make a big difference.
