"Very poor"

The location is quite nice.

* There is an awefull smell in the room. * View is NOT as expected, although if you read carefully the ad is true. But the booking ad can definitly be called misleading. * Water pressure and hot water barely there. * Bathroom door practically not working. * Beds not kingsize as was available in the option. Just two beds next to eachother with no way of bonding them. * No reception or staff at location, its more like an airbnb in terms of service. The contactperson is horrible and just spreads lies. We have complained and first they didnt want to come, later a guy came and pretended nothing was wrong. We have stayed in a lot of hotels with similar pricing, and all of them were 10x better. i do NOT reccomend this place.

"Fabulous apartment with balcony."

Fabulous apartment with balcony in the center of La Spezia. Close to all attractions. Clean, convenient, comfy beds, premium location. Very easy communication with hosts. Everything was perfect. Definitely recommend.

"Poor and stressful -only human contact was by phone"

No access information - no passwords provided With a local help it took me almost 2 hrs to get passwords provided. Finding the property took at least half hour. The apartment was fine but firstly no air con control which was in entrance hall to all the apartments. With the control it was not efficient enough for temperature of 30 +

"OK to stay overnight"

Proximity to the centre, walking distance from the train station, next to the park. Responsiveness of the staff.

The room was small, without charm, without balcony and any view although the pictures suggested otherwise. The walls are very thin, we could hear the neighbours talking and snoring during the night. We arrived tired to an uncleaned room and had to leave, so the staff could clean and prepare it for us. The positive fact to mention is that the staff reacted promptly to our complain, cleaned the room and provided a discount due to this initial problem.

Perfect location and the property is spotlessly clean and wee equipped ! Great views from the balcony too. Having a washing machine was a bonus. Will definitely return
