Attention à la suite junior qui est très petite. 2 chambre une salle de bain un espace cuisine avec un frigidaire et un micro-ondes mais pas de quoi cuisiner . Pas d’espace salle à manger .Bien pour un week-end mais pas plus .

"Overall a good accomodation with a pleasant view."

Location and the view from the balcony was excellent. Facilities were clean and comfortable.

Aircon, while working seemed a little one size small and wasn’t able to cool the property enough. Washing machine was a great plus, but there wasn’t any dryer. Although, in our stay, it was quite dry and hot; and we were able to dry our washing outside - but if it was raining, then it would have been an issue.

"Very nice place to stay in La Spezia"

Close by to the train station and center of La Spezia

It was not very good cleaned but I give it a credit since they prepared the room for us an hour before the actual check in time. We had dirty towels so we just bought new ones at the local store. Maybe the cleaning person was in a rush ….
