Posizione centrale, l'alloggio è pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Dalla finestra si gode di una bellissima vista sul parco e uno scorcio del porto. Ci sono coperte extra se si ha freddo, ma comunque l'ambiente è ben riscaldato.

La stanza non corrispondeva alle foto e neppure de luxe

La vue est magnifique. Simplicité pour accéder au coffre . La situation proche du port et du centre.

Seulement un micro ondes , pas de possibilité de cuisiner ( même faire cuire des pâtes) et manque d espace pour manger à 4 sur une table ( nous étions seulement 2 adultes et 2 enfants ).

La vue du balcon était magnifique avec un beau levé du soleil

Une petite odeur d'égout le soir alors il fallait garder la porte fermée de la salle de bain. Sinon tout était parfait!!!

Unbelievable view. Air con. Near to restaurants, gelateria, bus to station and along the coast. Lovely walk along the harbour. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean with plenty of hot water.

The lift itself always worked but sometimes other residents failed to close the doors properly, so we had to retrieve the lift and we were on the 5th floor. Also the host tried to overcharge us for the residents tax which in La Spezia is capped at 5 nights. A microwave would have been useful.

Llegamos a este lugar despues que nos estafaron en otro establecimiento a 1 cuadra. Nos atendieron muy bien. Las instrucciones para entrar muy claras, el lugar sumamente limpio y con muchos detalles de confort.

Die Aussicht war gut

Es hat abartig aus den Abflüssen gestunken. Es war nicht ui ertragen. Trotz kühler Temperaturen mussten wir die ganze Nacht die Fenster geöffnet hanen. Dadurch war auch der Lärm aus der Umgebung zu laut. Die Musik um 2.30 Nachts war unerträglich. Viel zu teuer für das mit Abstand am schlechtesten Angebot in 15 Tagen Italien. Wir haben die schlechten Kommentare zur Kenntniss genommenund sind davon ausgegangen, dass die erwähnten Probleme behoben wurden. Aufgrund der insgesamt guten Bewertung. Für die Parkplatzsituation kann der Vermieter nicht zur Verantwortung gezogen werden. Die Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Handseife war leer.

Very clean

We didn't receive a key that worked to open main front door. We explained this many many times to Fiorentina the manager. She dismissed us repeatedly and only communicate by text. Refusing to answer our calls. As we predicted we were locked out late at night having to ring all buzzers until another building resident kindly let us in. Fiorentina arrived next morning with maintenance man who confirmed and changed the faulty key whilst explaining she was a very busy person. Too busy to look up from her texting to do her job it seems.
