Departamento luminoso muy bien ubicado en la zona histórica. Frente a un hermoso parque y próximo donde salen los ferrys a Cinque Terre. Restaurantes, lavadero automatico y negocios cerca. Trato cordial de los administradores. Volvería a utilizar el alojamiento.

Very easily accessible from the street. Incredibly clean and great location. Also the staff which are accessible to contact on WhatsApp with any concerns are super kind and friendly.

Originally I was not aware that there would be no members of staff on the premises, also an explanation or picture of the front door would be helpful to make sure that all are aware of how the accommodation works would be good. Many thanks

Il n y avait pas de petit déjeuner, en revanche l emplacement est très bien à mi chemin entre le port et la gare de la Spezia 20 minutes à pied. En revanche aucune insonorisation, on entend tout, même pour tirer la chasse d eau 😅

La salle de bain, pendant deux jours nous n avons pas pu nous laver, la douche était bouchée et ça sentait mauvais, dommage, personne n est venu pour régler le problème Heureusement on partait mais sans prendre de douche

De locatie van het appartement en het uitzicht waren prachtig.

Het appartement was echt veel kleiner dan op de foto’s getoond. We kregen geen incheckgegevens op voorhand. We moesten 20 minuten wachten tot een bewoner de deur voor ons open deed. Het personeel was telefonisch en per app kortademig De badkamer heeft een afvoerprobleem waardoor we een ondragelijke stank ik het hele appartement heerst. We waren niet graag binnen en de geur verstoorde de nachtrust.

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drain, which was quite unpleasant. Apart from that, everything else was fine and the area was very convenient.
