"Disappointing"

4.0

Off street parking, proximity to Chester centre

No bottle opener, no salt, no hand wash in kitchen. Front door rattles when it's windy. Mattresses not very comfy. Internal fire doors doesn't give homely feel. Overall felt a little like a student house.

"Good location , bad nights sleep , cosy house ."

5.0

Location and price was very good , a short walk from the centre . Was clean and had good space for three friends. The heating switched on and there was parking, if you have a big car difficult to park at the back. Clean sheets , nice bathroom.

The bed in the main room how do you spring sticking out and a terrible bed . There was no cafeteria for morning coffee, no dish washer which is often standard these days and hair dryer . And when it is windy the door front door rattles that we had to find a wedge . I would recommend bringing your own towel although there is one they give you

"Charming cottage just 10 min walking distance from Chester city centre"

9.0

The cottage had all we need for a nice stay in Chester. It’s been beautifully done, just like in the photographs. You’re about a 10 minute walk from Chester city centre, which is a beautiful historic city with lovely pubs, restaurants, bars and shops. The off-road parking around the back is a huge bonus! And being able to sit outside was nice too…

The living room is on the small side, with only comfortable seating for 4 people. We made it work though…

"Very good"

8.0

The accommodation was cosy and their was plenty of space for a family of four. It was clean and staff were very responsive to any needs. Close walking distance to city centre is also a plus.

Off street parking is down a tight back alley, on street parking is limited.

"Fantastic stay, lovely property and great location."

10.0

Very spacious rooms and lovely and clean, facilities were great and we had everything we needed. Good parking and perfect location for going into Chester and to the races. Communication was fantastic both before and during our stay. would highly recommend.

Only slight grumble was the very squeaky bedroom doors that were loud in the night and just needed a bit of WD40 to sort.
